The house is just on the outskirts of the village but within walking distance of the village centre and all its amenities. Stablegrove, a former coach house and stables, dates back to the 1800's and has been lovingly renovated over the years creating a spacious and characterful accommodation. There is a large guest car park at the rear of the house.  

Standing in its own grounds with an orchard backing onto farmland, woodland & wrington hill, the views are stunning, especially in Autumn.

The house is set well back from the road and slightly elevated, allowing beautiful views from all the bedrooms across to the Mendip Hills. Wrington Village is a conservation village and a prime location for walkers & ramblers as well as bird watchers. Wrington offers 2 pubs, off licience, pharmacy and local store, to name but a few.

We are perfectly situated for Bristol Airport which is 3.5 miles away.

The glorious Chew Valley is only a few miles away, where Fishing & sailing can be enjoyed, the Mendip hills offer some of the most beautiful walks in the country and are just minutes away.  Foraging courses are run regularly where you can trek, forage, taste, cook & feast in natures larder - www.walkthemendips.com 

Attracting not only walkers & ramblers, but mountain bikers, and pot holers alike. Golf courses abound, and, you will find 4 excellent courses, Riding Stables and dry ski slopes all within a 5 mile radius.

Bristol city centre can be reached in 20mins by car. The nearest Train station is 3miles away in the Village of Yatton, with trains departing every half hour to Bristol & Bath.  Two pubs can be found approximately 3/4 mile away, both serving food, with many more wonderful eateries in the area, so if relaxing and taking it easy for a few days is more your thing, then you've come to the right place.  Ideal for couples, small groups of friends & family as well as large groups up to 10 adults who want the entire house - your stay can be tailormade for you.

We serve a delicious home cooked breakfast, using locally sourced sausage & Bacon and of course our own free range eggs as well as juice, bread with perserves, fruit,cereals, and yoghurt.
