ALL OF OUR ROOMS HAVE BEEN TASTEFULLY REFURBISHED AND DECORATED AND OFFER A COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING ENVIRONMENT WITH VIEWS ACROSS TO THE MENDIP HILLS.

Check in time 4pm - 7pm, or by prior arrangement.  Rooms to be vacated by 11.00am

Each De-Lux room has flat screen  digital TV, central heating, tea & coffee making facilities and top quality new mattresses.  Complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, and the use of iron & board in room.    Fresh flowers in all rooms throughout your stay.

Burrington: - De-Lux Dual aspect room, Kingsize bed, Ensuite shower room.
Blagdon:  - De-Lux Double room, shared facilities or Private Bathroom.        
Butcombe:     - De-Lux Double room, shared facilites or Private Bathroom.
Bath robes provided for those guests using rooms with shared facilities.  Large bathroom, with Bath, shower cubicle, washbasin & toilet.

"The Loft"    - One Standard double bedroom & one twin bedded bedroom with bathroom (can be sold for sole occupancy, two couples sharing or as a family floor, maximum 5 persons).

Free  WIFI  available in Guest Lounge and most Bedrooms.
