The Butcombe Room

Double Room with shared bathroom  - the smallest of our three delux rooms. Can be sold with private bathroom, please enquire.

This lovely room has bright and airy feel. It has a flat screen digital TV, free WiFi connection, central heating, tea & coffee making facilities and a brand new top quality mattress.

Complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and the use of an iron and board.

Fresh flowers in the room upon arrival.

Bath robes are provided for guests using the Butcombe Room

(Bathroom is shared with the Blagdon Room.  Large bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, washbasin and lavatory.)

Guest Garden: South facing with a BBQ area for sole use of our guests. Bistro tables & chairs where our guests can enjoy an afternoon cream tea or an evening drink. Smoking area. Garden games.

* Full English Breakfast served between 7.30am - 9.30am. With advance notice dietary requirements can be catered for.

* Continental Breakfast is offered in the room at no extra charge between 7.30am - 10.30am, just let us know the night before.

*check in times 4pm - 7pm or by prior arrangement in order to ensure we are here to greet you!

*please note we operate a non-smoking policy in all rooms & public areas. However, if you wish to smoke we have outside areas where you are welcome to do so.

* Rooms to be vacated by 11.00am to allow preparation for arriving guests.

* Pre-bookable options available: If you are celebrating we can arrange for Flowers, Chocolates, wine/champagne & strawberries to be in room for your arrival at an extra charge.

* Payment to be made in full on arrival.   At the moment we can only accept cash or personal cheques.

We can be flexible with check in and check out times and simply ask guests enquire before arriving.
