TARIFF



ROOM   RATES
Weekend stays are a minimum of 2 nights.
Discounts available for stays over 2 nights & Longstays - maximum 14days.
Prices quoted are for the Room, on a B&B basis
'ROOM ONLY' RATES ARE AVAILABLE!
Payment by cash or cheque only

CHECK IN AFTER 4pm - CHECK OUT BY 11am
Weekday Wedding Guests
If you require the room earlier than 4pm and do not want to stay 2 nights, we can still offer you the chance to  prepare & change for an early afternoon wedding.  We do this by not selling your room the night before.  For this we charge between £25.00 & £45.00 per room depending on which room(s) you have booked.  The room  will  be yours  from anytime in the morning onwards.  Allowing you a relaxed & stress free start to the days celebrations.

Extra bed, including breakfast  - £20.00
*Blagdon or Butcombe Rooms - Can be sold with Private Bathroom (subject to availability) £10.00 extra charge
*Sole Occupancy of Loft - prices start from £70.00 (One room on private 3rd floor & private bathroom)

  4. *  We do not offer Airport Parking - due to limited space in our guest car park (max 8 cars).
  5. * Grab & Go packed breakfast £6.00 pp (advance notice required)
  6. * Picnics from £7.50 pp (advance notice required)
  7. *Staffed House rental £400.00 per night (max 10 persons)  - One night bookings available over the weekends - check in available from 11am. Ideal for wedding guests - check out 2pm  - *DISCOUNTS FOR 2 & 3 NIGHT STAYS!*

Important - Please Note:
Check in, either side of the 4pm - 7pm window is by prior arrangement at the point of booking.  If  you are running late, kindly keep us informed  so we are available to greet you and know that you are on your way!
 

 PAYMENT TO BE MADE BY CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUE.
We do not have credit card facilities.

Deposits are only taken on multiple rooms, long stay or house rental.  There are no charges for cancellations as long as AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN.
Bookings cancelled without 48 hours notice  will be charged 50% of the final bill .
